Principle of Waxing
Floor waxing refers to coating the bottom layer and protective layer on the polished log floor. The cured wax effectively insulates dirt from water, air or dust. At the same time, it has the functions of anti-skid, anti-wear, anti-static, etc., and can also slow down the direct damage to the wood board, and maintain the beauty and service life of the floor.
Just as plants need to be watered to maintain their lives, wooden floors made of solid wood will become deformed and easily cracked due to disrepair over time. Therefore, it is recommended to wax once every 24 – 48 months.
